About Us

Alexis is a high-schooler from the Bay Area who has been playing volleyball for almost nine years! After facing several mental blocks herself, she decided to create Volleleaders as a space for other athletes who have faced the same struggles. Her favorite ice-cream flavor is raspberry sorbet!

Alyssa is a middle-schooler from the Bay Area who has been playing volleyball for almost three years. Alyssa is passionate about helping all athletes feel included and properly equipped with important mental skills. Her favorite ice-cream flavor is cookies and cream!
